Assistant General Counsel

We are looking for a self‑starter to join our team as Assistant General Counsel. In this role, you will lead contract negotiations and provide legal advice on a variety of matters. Key Responsibilities

Lead client‑facing contract negotiations, including Master Lease Agreements, Master Services Agreements, confidentiality agreements, amendments, and ancillary client documents. Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and risk teams to support business development and ongoing client relationships. Assist cross‑board legal teams on cross‑border transactions, including master lease and master services agreements, syndication and securitization transactions. Support legal and business inquiries related to contract terms, client disputes, and compliance. Draft and negotiate vendor and sourcing agreements for operations and service partners.
