**About Your Role:**

The **Assistant General Counsel, Employment (AGC/Employment)** has responsibility for managing the defense of employment litigation, arbitration, and EEO claims. The AGC/Employment provides advice, training, and counsel to internal business partners, including Human Resources, Asset Protection, Supply Chain and Store Operations, on a variety of compliance issues.
