Position: RN Assistant Director of Nursing
Pay: $81,000 - $90,000 / yearly Depending on Experience
The Clinical Coordinator assists the Director Of Nursing/Patient Care Manager with coordinating all aspects of patient/family care and support and facilitates communication and interaction among personnel providing services to terminally ill patients.
Responsibilities:
Assist with coordination of the patient care aspects of the Hospice Program and the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
Ensures referral/admission process is completed within Caris HealthCare's customer service standards.
