We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support our Corporate Access team. This role involves a combination of administrative and operational responsibilities, supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Access team with vendor onboarding, contracting, and payment processing
- Ensure accurate recording and tracking of activities within the Jefferies CRM system
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers) and assist with expense reconciliation
- Provide general administrative support to the broader Equities team
- Assist the Corporate Access team with the planning and execution of events, including logistics and vendor coordination
- Liaise with internal teams across Jefferies to ensure smooth execution of processes and deliverables
