Position Details
Key Responsibilities - Day-to-day accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll processing and accuracy assurance
- Month-end and year-end reporting and filings
- Depositing checks and maintaining cash receipts and bank deposits
- Preparing general ledger entries, including month-end accruals and journal entries
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by ownership
What We're Looking For - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Stable work history
- 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
