Currently, Envolve is searching for Asset Protection Officer to work at New Zion/Clear Horizon in Shreveport, LA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Must fully understand and implement all aspects of the community policy and be able to enforce community lease, rules and regulations, as well as local, state, and federal laws fairly and impartially, ensuring you are not violating Fair Housing.
• Report all emergencies immediately to the Community Manager and Security Director and provide an incident report within 24hrs of the incident.
• Provide exceptional customer service skills to all residents, potential residents, and their guests. <...
