Our client, a well-established and highly regarded full-service law firm in downtown Vancouver, is seeking an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant to join its collaborative Family Law group. Working closely with a Partner, Associate, and Paralegal, this role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented legal support professional who thrives in a fast-paced practice and enjoys managing a variety of complex family law matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence, family law agreements, pleadings, and court documents
• Coordinate court dates, mediations, examinations for discovery, and trial schedules
• Arrange court filings and communicate with registries, opposing counsel, and clients
