YOUR MISSIONS

You will have as your mentor the Group Sales/Marketing IT Project Manager who will support you in your tasks, which will be as follows:

· Assist the Project Manager in all phases of the deployment on the CRM module

· Participate in the functional administration of the CRM, including preparation of data upload files

· Create and maintain analysis reports

· Formalize the collection of feedback and requirements as part of continuous improvement

· Participate in the documentation related to the use of the CRM system

· Provide operational support to users

YOUR PROFILE

· Master's student (Bac) in Computer Science, BI, or general engineering.

· Excellent level in French and English, both written and spoken.

· Basic knowledge of CRM would be a plus (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP CRM, etc.).

· Good interpersonal skills and sense of service.
