Position Details
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Support day-to-day administrative activities within the Logistics department;Organize and maintain physical and digital files and documents;Assist with completing and monitoring spreadsheets and reports;Enter and update information in internal systems;Support process control and follow-up of operational tasks;Assist with sending and receiving emails;Help manage logistics documentation (e.g., invoices, AWBs, BLs, etc.);Assist with basic shipment tracking and deadline monitoring;Provide support to internal teams as needed and according to business demands.
