You’ll join CIBC’s Capital Markets Technology group as a member of the Fixed Income Production Support team.

As an Application Support Consultant, you’ll provide technical and operational support, facilitate service delivery, and advise on process enhancements.

How You’ll Succeed

• Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve medium to high complexity production problems for application support.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Business Analysts and Developers on bug fixes and new product releases.
• Advise: Research and recommend effective and efficient application or technical service delivery.
• Relationship Management: Build healthy relations with line-of-business teams, external vendors, and technical teams to restore services and validate after maintenance.
