Application Specialist (Preclinical Ultrasound)

Location: On-site (London, Ontario, Canada or Houston, Texas, USA)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high quality on-site and virtual demonstrations of our high-frequency 3D ultrasound system for prospective customers on cardiac, cancer, abdominal, and developmental biology preclinical models.
• Support the marketing and sales team on lead generation strategies by assisting with content for outbound campaigns and inbound marketing initiatives (email campaigns, educational webinars, social media campaigns).
• Assist in the selling process by working directly with the Product Manager, relevant Territory Sales Managers, and administrative staff as required to secure orders.
• Follow-up with prospective customers to assess their research needs for their lab and determine appropriate technical solutions.
