Nature & Scope:
Providing marketing product support involving documentation, RFP review, and new product introductionsReviewing and identifying alternative product solutions to meet market needs and profit objectivesBe familiar with and able to interpret North American and International codes and standards as they apply to products and installations (ULC, CSA, NBC, CED, DFC, OBC, NFPA, BSI)Be knowledgeable on major competitors and their prime productsAssist in training programs for new sales/service personnelProviding product technical support to all Sales, Service Technicians, internal departments and resolve product questionsOther related duties as assigned Qualifications:
