Manage a small team of Accounts Payable Accountants

Ensure accurate and efficient coding incoming invoices

Process trade-run cycles

Respond to vendor complaints or disputes

Respond to vendor inquiries regarding the status of invoices, including following up internally on approval

Manage the delegation of authority matrix in the AP system

Uphold the masterfile update procedures and other internal control protocols

Point of contact for system related issues
