Responsibilities

• Prepare and send RFQs to potential suppliers based on project requirements and specifications.
• Collect and organize supplier responses, ensuring all necessary information is received.
• Conduct detailed bid analysis, comparing supplier quotes based on price, quality, delivery time, and other relevant factors.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate and select the best suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of RFQs, bids, and supplier communications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and competitive quotes.
• Provide regular updates and reports on RFQ and bid analysis activities to management.
• Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with selected suppliers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed procurement decisions.
