The Role

This role will be part of Global Shared Services based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Benefits Analyst supports the U.S.-based Human Resources function by delivering benefits administration activities within a Global Shared Services model. This role is responsible for executing day‑to‑day benefits processes, including benefits plan changes and enrollment, ongoing benefits administration, leave administration, third‑party vendor coordination, management of employee benefits inquiries, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k) funding administration.
