Key Responsibilities:
• Review SerDes standards for high data rate circuits
• Design transistor-level circuits in advanced FinFET nodes
• Execute verification strategies using leading simulators
• Oversee layout to minimize parasitic and mismatch effects
• Mentor junior engineers on design best practices
Requirements:
• MASc or PhD with 3+ years in analog design
• Proven track record in silicon implementation
