Your role:
Executes small to medium projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and resource constraints, potentially reusing existing solutions for faster development, managing a specific sub-section of a larger project to ensure alignment with overall goals, or leading small to medium projects on existing products (medical devices) in the portfolio.
Leads design change efforts actively, and establishes influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, cultivating effective working connections, working under general supervision.
Provides and implements design projects within agreed-upon specifications, timelines, budgets, and staffing, managing a cross functional project team.
