Overview

Delivery Station Manager to join the Amazon Logistics team in Aparecida de Goiânia - GO. You’ll operate out of a Delivery Station, where we sort and process parcels and support the growing Operations and Logistics network.

You’ll provide inspiring, supportive leadership for the teams you lead, while rolling up your sleeves and getting involved when necessary. You’ll develop a team of Shift Managers and their direct reports, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager. Your leadership should motivate and inspire teams, while planning schedules and activities that balance business needs with people needs. You will lead on process improvement projects to streamline activities, with the potential for ideas and innovations to be rolled out across the Amazon network.
