As the  **PMO Handbook Digital Experience Designer Trainee** , you will be fully integrated within the  **GSI PMO Central Team** , working alongside a team of highly experienced Project Directors and Project Engineers.

Your mission will be to  **design and develop the GSI PMO Digital Handbook** , ensuring it delivers the best possible user experience for project teams across the globe.

Your key responsibilities will include:

+ **Understanding user needs**  — Engaging with Project Directors and Project Managers based in  **India and Europe**  to capture their requirements and expectations for the handbook

+ **Designing the navigation**  — Defining the most intuitive and user-friendly navigation structure to guide project teams through every phase and step of project execution
