Position Overview DEG Engineering Inc. is seeking an

Allen-Bradley PLC Controls Engineer

to design, program, commission, and support Rockwell Automation systems for oil & gas facilities across Canada and the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Program and maintain Rockwell PLC systems (Studio 5000 / RSLogix 5000)

Develop shutdown logic, permissives, and interlocks

Configure PLC hardware, remote I/O, and redundancy

Integrate PLCs with HMI/SCADA systems

Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and startup

Prepare Control Narratives, I/O lists, and as-built documentation

Troubleshoot PLC, network, and field issues

Technical Skills Required Rockwell Automation
