Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and develop procurement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of MKT services, including event, creative and production, social media, KOL, celebrity, media purchase etc.
2. In charge of Europe MKT procurement management, including source, contracts negotiation, evaluate, and suppliers selection based on performance, quality, and cost criteria. Be able to provide feasible and flexible procurement strategy based on stakeholder's requests with strong problem-solving skills.
3. Follow established procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
