The Cargo Claims Specialist manages the full lifecycle of cargo loss and damage claims—from intake through settlement—across multiple business lines for AJC Logistics. They will serve as the primary contact for assigned files, ensure timely and professional communication, and drive accurate, data‑backed resolutions.

Claims Management & Resolution

• Intake, triage, investigate, and resolve assigned claims from notice through closure across all relevant business lines.
• Independently handle claims within delegated authority; elevate items that exceed authority or display complexity indicators.
• Review shipping documentation, contracts, correspondence, and related materials to determine liability and recommend defensible resolution strategies.
