Our operation in Oslo, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Air & Ocean Operations Specialist to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and managing air and ocean freight shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering excellent customer service.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Coordinate air and ocean freight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring smooth and timely delivery
• Book cargo space with carriers and logistics providers while monitoring shipment progress
• Prepare, check, and manage all shipping and customs documentation including bills of lading and air waybills
• Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
• Act as the main customer contact, providing updates and resolving queries or issues professionally
