Reporting to the Manager, Applications & AI, the AI Specialist drives AI adoption across the organization by implementing, configuring, and optimizing AI capabilities within our core platforms - Salesforce (Einstein AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud) and Microsoft 365 (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform) - as well as supporting the effective use of general‑purpose AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
