About the Role

As our AI Solutions Lead, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to improve how work gets done, reducing manual effort while identifying innovative ways to enhance workflows. Using digital tools, you’ll help drive smarter, more efficient, and more impactful ways of working.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with different departments (news, sales, finance, HR, traffic, production) to learn how they do their work
• Identify opportunities where AI can reduce repetitive or time‑consuming work, improve efficiency, and augment team members’ capabilities
