As an AI Engineer at Hoxhunt, you will help shape how we use AI internally. Your mission is to design, build, and evolve intelligent agentic systems that automate workflows, solve operational bottlenecks, and unlock entirely new ways of working across our organization.

This is a highly hands‑on engineering role focused on real production impact, not experimentation for experimentation’s sake. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to deeply understand problems, challenge assumptions, and build smarter solutions than what was initially requested.
