Job Title: Agile Orchestrator (Enterprise Agile Lead)

Location: Brazil (Hybrid / Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Role Overview: We are seeking an Agile Orchestrator to lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and enabling continuous value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile transformation initiatives across teams
• Implement SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and delivery
• Facilitate PI planning and release alignment
• Coach teams and leadership on Agile practices
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Agile / transformation experience
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, etc.)
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience with Jira, Confluence
