Agile Delivery Manager – flexible hybrid schedule. Current work authorization for Canada is required. Work location: 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. Responsibilities

Mentor multiple Agile teams and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of products or services using Agile methods. Facilitate agile processes such as sprints, stand‑ups, and ceremonies across multiple teams to drive alignment. Coach teams on Agile practices, troubleshoot issues, and provide mentorship to team members. Act as an expert Agile coach, supporting Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineering leads to enable continuous delivery of valuable increments. Remove impediments, resolve escalated issues, and keep teams productive. Track dependencies and work in progress to identify and address bottlenecks in end‑to‑end flow.
