At least  3 years experience as an agile coach in Agile environment: introduction and implementation of Agile/Scrum Core Values, Principles and Practices in several (2+) Agile teams.
Hands on experience with setting up new Agile teams , monitoring and nourishing the maturity of existing Agile setups.
Solid understanding of processes and methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean, LeSS, SAFe®, Nexus, Spotify, ScrumBan, XP, Test Driven Development, Project Management, MS package,  JIRA® , Confluence®, Service Now®, etc.).
Experienced in dealing with difficult situations and resolving conflicts and problems.
