The Commercial Accelerator plays a critical role in strengthening Sanofi’s ability to plan, coordinate, and execute successful product launches across the company.

Improving launch performance requires more than new tools — it requires teams that continuously learn, adapt, and improve how they work together. Reducing the time to peak patient impact depends on our ability to shorten learning cycles, improve flow, and align cross-functional collaboration from discovery through delivery.

This role exists to embed continuous improvement and learning directly within a strategic launch capabilities product team.
