Role Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned customers (leads provided).
• Clearly explain our energy services.
• Execute retention and sales processes following an established script.
• Accurately document each interaction in the system.
• Follow up on cases until completion.
• Offer additional services when applicable.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and leadership.
