Our After School Care Program serves children aged 5-12 years. Our programs regularly access nearby green spaces and parks, and educators must feel confident and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

At Saplings, we believe childhood should be rooted in connection to nature, meaningful relationships, and play-based learning. We are a learning organisation that invests in our educators through ongoing training, professional development, and reflective practice.
