Job Description
MISSION:
The successful candidate achieves targets assigned, manages the selling process, interacts directly with internal peer functions as well as deals directly with selected customers accordingly to the commercial and distribution policies and guidelines.
The successful candidate will:
Support with market strategy deployment, providing commercial insights for assigned Accounts to enhance business growth and processes harmonization.Be accountable for the performance of assigned portfolio and for the development of customer prospects in relevant area.Build effective and sustainable partnerships with existing accounts, ensuring long lasting relationships with key decision makers across the customer's organizationCollaborate with Sales Division and involve subject matter experts across Stevanato Group to foster the Company's business model and deliver added value solutions
