Lead the affiliate's commercial, operational, and digital transformation, driving digital-first, customer-centric and omnichannel strategies.Strengthen data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, forecasting, and actionable insights.Ensure excellence in Sales and Marketing Operations, including forecasting, incentives governance, omnichannel productivity, and compliance.Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and digital adoption, leveraging AI and structured change management.Streamline and optimize processes through automation, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration.Define and execute the end-to-end transformation roadmap, delivering measurable business impact.
