What impact you will make:

As the Sourcing Qualification Program Manager for Aero Combustion and Small parts, you will be responsible for leading critical supplier qualification initiatives for Aero engine subcomponents. This role requires close coordination with Aero Industrialization team, Commodity Owners (GCLs, CSLs) and Aero Capacity Program Manager to prioritize and execute qualification projects in support of business and capacity needs. You will lead cross-functional teams comprising Engineering, Sourcing Quality, Materials, Factory/Supply Chain, and Commodity leadership to ensure effective project execution.
