Part‑time Senior Brand Ambassador – bring our brand to life in the store and deliver an amazing shopping experience to every guest.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model and a friends‑first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and recommend items that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between salesfloor, cash & wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support team members in a collaborative environment.
• Maintain integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with people and bringing energy to a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when guests shop.
• Familiarity with AE and Aerie products.
