Our Contencioso e Arbitragem team represents both national and foreign clients in judicial proceedings at the first and second instances, in both state and federal courts, as well as in higher courts and in ad hoc arbitration and under rules of the main Brazilian and international arbitration institutions. Our practice covers disputes involving consumer law, antitrust, banking and finance law, capital markets, corporate law, contract law, infrastructure (construction, mining, energy and oil & gas), public contracts, maritime, IT, insurance, NGOs, social security, succession law, project financing, real estate, telecommunications, M&A transactions, environmental matters, and disputes involving public companies and shareholders.
