Job Title: Full Time Sales Associate

Reports To: Store Manager

Location: Lansdowne Place, Peterborough ON

Salary: $17.60/hr + commission

Requirements: 32‑40 hours per week availability

Responsibilities

• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
• Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool.
• Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent.
• Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased advice.
• Consistently achieve all key business metrics.
