Position title: Store Manager (Gérant de magasin)

Location: Galeries Rive Nord, Repentigny, QC

Compensation: $40,000 – $50,000 per year plus commission and bonus

Reporting to: Managing Director / District Manager

Schedule: 40 hours per week, flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

What you will achieve

• Achieve all key business objectives including sales, revenue, customer experience and daily operations.
• Communicate effectively and meet all sales targets, including activations, accessories, warranties and other identified KPIs.
• Lead a sales team in a dynamic, results‑driven culture.
• Ensure all team members follow the sales process.
• Participate in and provide coaching and training for the team.
• Validate staff promotional knowledge and sales skills.
