Job Summary

This position is for an Advanced Lead Design Engineer within the Integrated Manufacturing Engineering (IME) organization. In this role you will own all engineering functions related to the production of rotating parts and compressor airfoils made by GE shops and external suppliers.

In this role, you will be on the front lines of an organization that is dedicated to improving the delivery and producibility, enhancing the Engineering‑Supply chain relationship to improve the health of the supply chain and product to enable the business to fulfil our customers' expectations.

Examples of specific tasks you will be responsible for are: producibility design changes, ongoing manufacturing support, and strategic improvements on production related processes of the assigned hardware.
