Our QA's will take ownership of the quality success of their stakeholders, identify and remove blockers to high performance, and support their teams in pursuing excellence. They will actively monitor performance, provide crucial reporting to relevant stakeholders, and drive the growth and success of our teams.
They must be capable of working with cross‑functional teams, navigating ambiguous situations, and setting clear SMART goals for themselves and our teams. Ownership, process improvement, and a best‑practice methodology for the QA role are essential.
