The opportunity

As a member of the CNC team, you will be working in a global team supporting Gildan JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) system and the various systems connecting to E1 that are critical business as well as maintaining close working relationships with various stakeholders to analyze and support these systems. In this role, you will play a key role in preventing and resolving production disruptions, managing risk, improving support effectiveness, and continually improving technical processes.

The role

• Working with Business Analysts and Developers to help support E1 running on AS400
• Supporting Enterprise One package builds and Deployments
• Support of various applications that are critical for the E1
• Participate in Bi Yearly Disaster Recovery Tests.
• Work with Security team for various SOX, Audit items, etc.
• Responsible for keeping systems up to date (Patches, E1 tools upgrades etc.)
