Primary functions of this Administrator role:
Process PO’s for the site for Site Services and Engineering, both Capex and Opex. Process stationary orders for the site and organise distribution/ collection of orders. Process Credit Card transactions for goods and services required for all departments on site as requested. Deal with invoicing and accounting queries/ issues from Global Procurement and Accounts.
