Key Accountability/Responsibility:
Provide reception duties including telephone answering and greeting guests upon arrivalAssist customers with inquiries by directing calls to appropriate Bureau Veritas personnelKeep phone directory up to dateMaintain Vehicle License DatabaseAssign lockers to new employees and maintain Locker DatabaseIssue key fobs for new staff and contractors as requiredSort and distribute incoming mailProcess outgoing mail using the Quadient postage systemTroubleshoot any phone issues...
