Responsibilities

  • Manage reimbursements for healthcare professionals through the Concur system 
  • Create, compile, and maintain forms and administrative records, including the collection, filing, and distribution of departmental documents and files 
  • Manage and track administrative tasks such as contract management in Legisway 
  • Support the administrative needs of Clinical Education events, including logistics, inventory, and compliance documentation

  • What you bring

  • One year of experience in similar position, preferably in an international environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills in another European language is preferred
  • Organization and time-management skills
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing deadlines and projects
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
