In this full-time, on-site position, you will play a vital role in assisting the In-Home Services department. Responsibilities include accepting and reviewing client referrals, entering data in AlayaCare, and ensuring efficient management of client files to provide seamless support to individuals in need within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee client intake and monitor waiting service lists
• Prepare and organize client folders for processing
• Maintain accurate data records in AlayaCare
• Conduct audits and join internal meetings as needed
