MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking an Administrative Clerk to work on a 6-month contract for our client, one of BC’s largest utility and clean energy companies. This is a hybrid role based in Burnaby, with an expectation to be onsite as required.
This role will support multiple engineering and design teams, providing day-to-day administrative coordination and ensuring efficient team operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing expense reports and creating travel requests for the Hydrotechnical, Structural, and General Design teams using SAP
Backfilling and assisting the Admin Lead in organizing Safety and Environmental training and running milestone reports for the GSCE Department
