**Description**



Provides secretarial assistance and support to the department director and department employees under limited supervision. Facilitates effective communication throughout the department by assisting with meetings, minutes, reports, filing, and organization of department and unit activities.

**Required qualifications:**



+ 1 year Secretarial experience.



**Preferred qualifications:**



+ Associate's Degree in Business/Medical field. Or

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business/Medical field.
