Our Christian nonprofit association client is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help advance our mission. This individual will provide administrative support to staff, assist with communications, coordinate schedules and events, and help ensure the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to serving others in a faith-based environment.
Responsibilities

+ Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing documents, and managing correspondence

+ Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

+ Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

+ Support planning and logistics for meetings, events, and ministry activities
