Position Details

Your role

  • Work closely with the Principal Investigator and the other team members in assisting them in their daily tasks
  • Organise and prepare meetings/events and arrange facilities in collaboration with internal and external services
  • Draft and distribute the minutes of the meetings
  • Arrange professional travel for the team members
  • Keep track of purchase orders, invoices, and travel expenses
  • Keep track of the annual budget
  • Proofread and translate documents – reports, factsheets, flyers
  • Maintain the website and other marketing material, if needed
  • Contribute to recruitment process for new employees and/or students
  • Organise Launch Events in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Social Security/Health Direction and the Ministry of Education
  • Provide general administrative support within the framework of the CCY if needed
